You are the Photographer!
Learning Target: Apply the "Rule of Thirds" and Top Ten Tips while taking your own photos around campus.
Why: To improve the quality of your own photography and have personal photos to use for future Photoshop projects
Learning:
Homework: Have you added a Google Drive app to your phone??
- Picture Day! - Need at least 10-15 pics!
- We need pictures for a couple of projects coming up
- Take photos of whatever you wish...each other, action shots, leaves, birds, close-up shots of different textures, ice/snow, cool things around school, just about anything...avoid selfies please!
- Try to be as still as possible so photos are in focus
- No climbing things or putting yourself in any danger
- Explore the campus and go to different areas, but be careful!
- Stay ON campus
- Don't disrupt other students or classes
- Website Photos -- Try to take a photo that would be good on the THS website -- it has to be wide, horizontal photo.
- Be back to class 10 - 15 minutes before the end of the period - set an alarm on your phone!
- Upload the photos through Google Drive from your phone - may need to do this at home due to poor cell reception in my room!
- Organize photos in your directory (Photoshop or Pictures folder)
