Finish: Visual Design Top 5 - InDesign Project
Post to Google Classroom #visualdesigntop5
Process/Steps
- Open New Document
- Choose default: letter
- Change orientation (portrait or landscape)
- Create a title on your page
- Must say “Visual Design Top 5”
- Add a stroke and drop shadow and/or other effects
- Create a list of “Top 5” for each of the following: movies, TV shows, websites, and restaurants (you may substitute a category with teacher permission)
- Each list needs a label, the label must have a special feature like stroke or drop shadow
- Each “Top 5” list must have two pictures
- Pictures must have a special feature
- Pictures should high quality (2MP or larger)
- Project is due Monday - end of period
- Use the shortcut “W” to preview your document
- Does it look “neat” (as in organized, not cool)? Does it look professional? Does it look like you spent time on it and thought about what you were doing?
- InDesign documents have to be "Exported" as a JPEG -- then you can post
- Post to Google Classroom #visualdesigntop5

- Choose your own high-quality image (see examples below)
- Follow tutorial directions to make your collage!
- You will create 5 - 8 content frames from your one picture
- Focus on the end product - does it look neat and professional?
- Complete TWO multi-frame collages and post your favorite one to Google Classroom using #indesigncollage
