Learning Target: Review basic tools and shortcuts used in Photoshop projects. This will also be used as part of your Final Portfolio project.
Why: To create a document/resource of your Top 10 tools/shortcuts used while we've worked in Photoshop this semester.
We're wrapping up our time in Photoshop this week.
TO DO:

Assignment: FAVORITE PHOTOSHOP TOOLS/SHORTCUTS
- Create a new Photoshop document (11" wide by 9" tall)
- Need a title somewhere in the document
- Need a picture of your favorite or most-often-used shortcut or tool
- Use the snipping tool to cut out the buttons
- Add the name of each tool AND a brief description of what the tool does
- Use a creative but readable font
- Include a nice background
- Spelling counts!
- Save room on the page to add more tools from InDesign and/or Illustrator!

Start:
- Find a scary, high quality background photo (2MP or larger)
- Cut out a person (yourself or Google image) and place on background (must be a real photograph, not a drawing or cartoon)
- Find other photos of scars, weird mouth, blood, etc.
- Check tutorial for ideas and how to change skin color
- Blend any objects into your project - see tutorial for help

My Tips/Details about the Tutorial:
- Step #1
- Use the quick selection tool instead of the pen tool
- Click on "refine edge" = "select and mask" and then Output > New layer"
- Step #9
- "Blending Mode" is the drop down menu right above your last layer; it probably says "Normal" right now.
- Save as a .psd and as a .jpeg. Post the .jpeg to Google Classroom #zombietutorial.
